Repurgenesis has completed a NT$270 million cash capital increase with support from Taiwan’s National Development Fund and venture capital investors. The financing introduces external shareholders, broadens the company’s ownership structure and strengthens its research and operating resources, while supporting preparations for planned Emerging Stock Board registration in 2027.
